Do I have to book in advance to use the Gym or Swimming Pool?
Yes. Due to social distancing restrictions, and for the safety of both our staff and customers, restrictions on occupancy will apply to all areas.
You can Book Online or Call us where our team will be happy to assist.
Please Note: You will need to book for the exact amount of people that are arriving to use the facilities. If you are bringing guests or additional children you will need to call the centre direct to arrange.
How does the online booking system work?
Click here to make a booking and follow these steps:
1. If you’re a new user you can also Register at this point. Use your email address and make up a password for your account.
2. Enter your login details.
3. Choose what session you would like to attend. You can book sessions up to a week in advance.
For Gym or Pool: Select Make A Booking. Next, choose your activity and pick your preferred time slot
Swim Sessions are 45mins long booked at quarter to every hour
Gym Sessions are 45min or 90mins long booked on the hour. To book a 90 min session first book the 1st session and then go back and book the 2nd session after it.
4. Accept T’s & C’s which include your agreement not to attend our facility if you are ill or suffering from any Covid-19 related symptoms or if you have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 within the last 14 days. Also do not attend if you have recently travelled outside of Ireland in the past 14 days.
5. Make payment if you are a Pay-As-You-Go customer

Please note. To adhere to social distancing guideline and adhere to occupancy restrictions, you are only allowed book up to 2 Sessions per day, these can be a double gym session or a Pool and Gym Session.
I’m having trouble registering on the Online Booking System. What do I do?
Please contact us by Phone or Email and we will be able to sort out the issue. More than likely it’s because we have a different email address or no email address on file for you and we will need to update your membership account.
Is Pay As You Go available?
Yes, Pay As You Go options are available for our swimming pool and gym. You can book a session with us either online or over the phone.
Please if it is your first time using the Pay As You Go option, you must Register before you can book or use the facilities.
This simply involves filling out an application form, taking a photo, we will need to see proof of identification e.g. Age Card, Passport and compete payment of the once off registration fee.
Our team will then get you registered on all our systems, you will receive a Membership Card and have access to the online booking system to book your sessions.

What is the depth and temperature of the Swimming Pool?
Our swimming pool goes from 1.1metres to 1.3 metres in depth. The temperature of the pool is kept between 29 and 30 degrees which makes it very comfortable to relax, swim or walk around. For more information on our swimming pool please click here.
How will I know when there are Public Swims, Lessons and other activities are going on in the pool?
We have a Timetable available of all the events that take place each week in the pool. If you want to go for a swim please Book a Public Swim Session. If you require a Lane for Swimming then please Book a Lane Swimming Session.
What is Aqua Aerobics? Do I need to be able to swim to attend Aqua Aerobics?
Aqua Aerobics is Exercise to music in the water, where an Instructor will take you through a range of exercises to target every area of the body.
You do not need to be able to swim to participate in the class; you will be standing or moving on the spot for the class. We run very popular morning and evening classes weekly which are free to Members and €10 per class for Non Members. The class days/times can be found on our pool timetable here.
Due to covid -19 restrictions you will need to book in advance to attend this class when they are running. No group exercise classes can take place in Lever 3 or above. Please contact us for more updates.

Unfortunately indoor fitness classes cannot take place at Level 3 restrictions or above. When the lifting of restrictions takes place fitness classes will resume.
Additional safety measures will be in place including hygiene, social distancing, equipment usage and occupancy restrictions. A Full Timetable of Exercise classes can be found here.

We encourage customers entering our facility to wear a face covering in line with public health and safety guidance. Face coverings can be removed while swimming or exercising.
Following Government advice, children under 12 are exempt from wearing a face covering. Persons with medical considerations as provided by the public health guidance are also exempt from wearing a face covering.
How Can I Book Swimming Lessons?
Group Swimming Lessons
All our Kids Group Lessons are very popular and are currently fully booked. If you wish to get your child/children into swimming lessons, you will need to put your child/children on the waiting list, please contact us here.
Once a space becomes available we will contact the next person on the list. Our group lessons cater for children from 5 years of age upwards, all young children will be catered for in the Parent &Baby/Toddler lessons.

Adult lessons are available for all ages and abilities, please contact us if you wish to join the next set of group lessons.
Private Lessons
We also provide individual and small group lessons that are completely flexible and can be booked straight away. You pick a day and time that suits you – they are 30 minutes long. We take bookings Monday to Sunday early morning to late evening. (Children before 7pm on weekdays)
These Lessons can be booked up to two weeks in advance and you can also request the same Instructor if necessary.
Prices
1. Person to 1 instructor is €25 per 30 minute lesson
2. People to 1 Instructor is €40 per 30 minute lesson
3. People to 1 instructor is €50 per 30 minute lesson
